She was born and brought up in Mumbai city, where she attained her school education at St. Xavier’s High School, Goregaon, Mumbai, and continued in the same institution until High School intermediate. After completing the 12th standard, she pursued her undergraduate degree from Mithibai College of Arts, Mumbai.
Digangana has been multi-talented since childhood. At the tender age of 7, she made her way to the All India television, working as a child artist. She also has an interest in writing. The actress had her first book published when she was in 15 years and then she went on to write several other novels like Nixie the Mermaid, Power of Love, etc.
Digangana made her first appearance in her television debut in 2002 on Sony Entertainment Television, as a child artist for the show “Kya Haadsa Kya Haqeeqat.” Then, she became a lead actress in another TV show called “Krishna Arjun,” telecasted in 2005. She also made her place in the Zee TV daily soap, “Qubool Hai,” but quit it later due to her rising feuds with the show’s producers and co-stars.
