Her acting career begin with the small screen when she was signed for the serial “Kahin to Hoga”, playing the role of Kashish Sinha. Further, in 2012, she was seen in Sony entertainment television’s special “Hongey Judaa Na Hum” in the role of Muskaan Duggal. She also bagged the chance to work with esteemed directors of the Indian television industry, Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor through the television show Ek Thi Naayika, playing the role of Nazia. After that, in the year 2018, Aamna was seen in the role of Komolika Choubey in the show “Kasauti Zindagi Ki 2”, which turned out to be one of her most popular and loved appearances till date.
On the film industry front, Aamna made her Bollywood debut with the film Aloo Chaat as Aamna. In the same year, she was again seen with Shivdasani on the big screen for the film Aao Wish Karein.
