Aditi Rao Hydari Early life and career
Aditi Rao Hydari was born in the royal family of Hyderabad on 28 October 1986. Her father’s name is Ehsaan Hydari, who hailed from a renowned Bohri Muslim family. In contrast, her mother’s name is Vidya Rao, a trained and professional classical singer from a Konkani and Telugu family.
Aditi’s parents were love-struck and hence tied the knot, but just two years after Aditi’s birth, they separated from each other. Aditi’s mother then flew to Delhi along with her while her father got remarried. So, Aditi had her childhood spent in both Hyderabad and Delhi. At the tender age of 6 years, she started receiving training in classical dance. She began by learning Bharatnatyam and soon became a disciple of the eminent classical dancer, Leela Samson.
Her school education begun at Rishi Valley School, Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh. Since her school days, she aspired to become an actress. She completed her graduation degree from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi. After completing her graduation, she entered the South-Indian film industry and got her first break in the Malayalam movie “Prajapathi” co-star with Malayalam megastar Mammootty. She also featured in a lead role in the Tamil film Sringaram in 2007.
Her dancing talent proved fruitful for her, as this movie was set against the backdrop of the classical dance “Bharatnatyam.” Aditi got this offer after she was spotted by the director of the movie, performing Bharatnatyam at a conference.
