Early life and Career:
Divyanka attained her school education from Carmel convent school, Bhopal and later enrolled in Sarojini Naidu Govt. Girls P.G. college Bhopal to pursue her undergraduate. Divyanka was quite active in sports and physical activities since her school days. During her school days, her father dreamt of seeing her become a part of the National Cadet Corps (NCC). Thus, she got admitted to Bhopal Rifle academy. Even after her undergraduate, her sports activities resumed as she pursued a mountaineering course at Nehru Institute of mountaineering, located in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand, India. Apart from sports, she was quite dedicated to acting and dramatics since childhood and always used to be an active participant in dramas, plays and telefilms staged in Bhopal.
Divyanka was a bright student since her days as a school student. She did her first job when she was in school, as a host on All India Radio. She received a stipend of ₹800 for her contribution to the radio station. In the year 2003, she contested for the title of Miss Bhopal and even won the title. In the succeeding year (2004), Divyanka took part in the famous talent hunt show “Zee Cine stars ki Khoj”, which was aired on Zee TV and emerged as the winner.
In the year 2017, she showcased her dance skills on the small screen alongside her husband Vivek Dahiya with the famous dance reality show Nach Baliye Season 8. Both of them were crowned the winners of the show and also received a cash prize of ₹35 lakhs.
