Jagannath Aur Purvi Ki Dosti Anokhi is a serial about the heartbreak between a girl named Purvi and an old man named Jagannath who lives alone with his wife. Jagannath is an elderly man living alone with his wife in Varanasi. He is strict and punctual. Jagannath’s wife who looks after everything is his total companion to spend time with and talk to. He spent time thinking about the absence of his children. Once, while sitting by the river, he sees a girl drowning in a river. It’s a turning point in his lonely life as he rescues her and brings her home. The story stars Rajendra Gupta as Jagannath, Susmita Mukherjee as his wife and Ismeet Kohli as Purvi.
