Ishaan was born on 8 November 1995 in Chandigarh, the capital city of Punjab, in a middle-class family. His family comprises himself, his parents and his younger sister. He was raised in the same city where he attained his school and college education from. After being done with school studies, Ishaan enrolled at Chitkara University, Chandigarh, from where he pursued his undergraduate. On the career front, he began as a software engineer initially, as a full-time profession, but later was drawn towards acting in 2019.
As an actor, he featured in several television commercials. However, he got his first break with his stint in the AltBalaji special web series ‘Bebakee’, portraying the role of Hamid Alqaazi. On the small screens, he garnered fame and recognition with his role in the Star Plus special daily soap opera ‘Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana’. Following this, he has been signed for the serial titled, Gud Se Meetha Ishq the telecast of which is ongoing on Star Bharat channel these days.
