Malayalam television has a knack for bringing emotionally rich, relatable stories into our living rooms—and the latest entrant, Ivar Vivahitharayal, is already creating a buzz among viewers.
Premiering on 1st June 2026, the show airs on Asianet every Monday to Friday at 9 PM, a prime slot that reflects the channel’s confidence in this new offering. From the very first episode, it’s clear that the series aims to blend family drama, relationships, and everyday emotions into a compelling narrative.
Interestingly, Ivar Vivahitharayal isn’t an entirely new concept. It is an adaptation of the popular Kannada television series Ninna Jothe Nanna Kathe, which aired on Star Suvarna. While remakes often come with high expectations, this Malayalam version appears to be carving its own identity while retaining the emotional depth of the original.
