Meera Mithun is a south Indian film actress and model from Chennai who has appeared in the Tamil film industry. She was born on 6 December 1994 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu in a middle-class family to parents D Mani and Shyamala. She completed her school education in Maharishi Vidhya Mandir High School, Chennai, and pursued her bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Ethiraj College for Women and her master’s degree from SRM University. She did her doctorate degree (PhD) in PSG Medical College, Coimbatore. She started her career as a model in TV and print media and later turned into acting. She made her acting debut in 2017 with the Tamil film 8 Thottakkal.
