Meghna Lokesh was born on 16 August 1994 in Mysore, Karnataka. Her father Lokesh is an engineer and her mother is a college lecturer. She has a brother who is an engineer.
From the age of eight, Meghna started acting in the drama. She started her television acting career by supporting her role in the Kannada television serial Devi which was telecast on ZEE Kannada. Meghana Lokesh made her acting debut in the Kannada television serial Pavithra Bandhana’s lead role as Pavithra. Following this, she got the opportunity to act in the Kannada TV serial Purushottama, telecast on Sea Kannada.
From 2013 to 2016, she starred in the Telugu hit serial Sasirekha Parinayam, which aired on Star Maa. Since 2017, Megana has played the dual role of Manga and Nithya in the Telugu serial Kalyana Vaibhogam. She made her Telugu film debut in 2017 with Idhi ma Prema Katha. She has also signed on to play a significant role in her third Telugu serial, Raktha Sambandham.
