Neha Sargam is an Indian television actress, model and singer, who works in Hindi-language TV serials. She was born on 4 March 1989 in Patna, Bihar, India. Initially, she aspired to emerge as a singer, but eventually ended up in the acting industry and portrayed numerous roles in TV serials. Most of her prominent roles have been witnessed in several mythological TV serials. She also debut the Hindi web series Mirzapur released in 2020. Her mother, who was proficient with classical music, inspired her a lot to receive duly training in music.

She first auditioned for the singing reality show Indian Idol 2, but ended up forgetting the lyrics in the audition round, following which she was eliminated in the preliminary stage. However, she came back stronger in the fourth season of Indian Idol in 2009 and made it beyond the audition round too, but could not finish as the main contestant.
Eventually, while struggling in Mumbai, she bagged the lead role for the TV serial Chand Chhupa Badal Mein, which happened to be her debut and fetched her recognition. Soon after that, she received plenty of offers for various other TV serials in which she ended up delivering her best, some of them being, Ramayan, Paramavatar Shri Krishna, Doli Armano Ki, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam doon and Yeh Hai Aashiqui.
