Sheena was born on 16 June 1992 in Mumbai, Maharashtra to parents Raju Bajaj and Anju Bajaj. Her father Raju is a photographer by profession, while her mother Anju is a dental technician. Sheena did her schooling at Ryan Group Cambridge School, Mumbai and completed her graduation and post graduation degrees from Jai Hind College and Thakur College of Science and Commerce.
